About Xime
Hi there, I’m Xime, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I’ve always been someone who thrives on movement, challenge, and growth. From a young age, I was deeply involved in sports and fitness—playing club and school soccer, competing in 100-meter sprints, and running the 200-meter relay. That passion naturally carried into the gym, where I developed a love for strength training and pushing my physical limits.
My interest in nutrition began in high school, but it wasn’t until college, when I started focusing more intentionally on my athletic performance, that it truly took shape. I experienced firsthand how powerful proper nutrition can be in improving endurance, strength, and overall performance. Before that, I had little guidance around fueling my body, and I could see the impact it had on how I performed.
Originally, I began my college journey as a pre-med integrative wellness major, but I quickly realized my passion was rooted in nutrition. I transferred into a dietetics program during my sophomore year, where I found my true calling, becoming a Registered Dietitian! I went on to deepen my knowledge by earning a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science.
Today, I combine both my personal and professional experience to support others in achieving their health goals. I’ve worked with individuals managing chronic conditions, helping them better understand their bodies, reduce symptoms, and improve their quality of life. I’m equally passionate about helping people learn how to properly fuel themselves, whether that’s for performance, energy, or long-term health.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build sustainable, realistic habits that support your lifestyle and goals—so you can feel stronger, more energized, and confident in your body.
